I recall a B-52 being flown in this manner years ago. I don't recall where this happened, but it was flown by a high ranking military member who for whatever reason, intimidated his way into the left seat.
The aircraft came into view, banked hard left at almost a 90Β° angle perhaps a few hundred feet in the air, stalled and crashed.
